The Older Adult Fitness Trainer Certification at Attitude & Effort Fitness Academy prepares professionals to safely and effectively design and lead fitness programs for aging adults. This course blends the latest research on exercise science, physiology, and functional training for seniors and all aging adults with hands-on strategies for maintaining mobility, balance, and independence in later years.

Students gain a comprehensive understanding of how aging impacts muscle mass, cardiovascular health, flexibility, and neuromotor function, and how tailored exercise prescriptions can enhance quality of life. Through expert-led instruction, evidence-based modules, and a practical 3D video library, participants will learn to modify exercises, address common chronic conditions, and build confidence in training older populations.
