This program is designed to help you build a strong, confident base by learning simple full-body training form and controlled effort. You’ll focus on doing the basics well – so your body learns what “right” feels like from day one.
NTFB sticks to the basics – classic, proven movement patterns that work. For support, consistency, and directed progression, you’ll use five machine-based movements to train your legs, push muscles, and pull muscles in a balanced way while improving technique and functionality.
NTFB also builds the kind of strength and ability that shows up in real life – lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and moving with more confidence. The goal is simple: train in a way that helps you feel and move better, keeps progressing, and is the basis for all athletic performance.

Programs are designed by Certified AEFA Staff and presented in the Muscle & Motion WORKOUT app.
There are 3 Program options : 1) Full Cycle 13-week program 2) Part A : 6 weeks 3) Part B : 7 weeks
The Getting Started Module in each option prepares you with the training parameters and protocols.
