The Anatomy & Mechanics of AMP, along with Program Design, are the focus material of this course, cornerstones of the AEFA philosophy, and lay the groundwork for completing certification. 

The CPT Extension Course serves as the bridge to the CPT certificate by broadening the basics with advanced text and digital study guides, adding the Physiology of AMP, and the Theory and Applications of exercise science necessary for a career in personal training.
