Course Overview

This is a full 13 Week Training Program

Designed to develop the combined lower anterior chain—focusing on the quadriceps and knee-dominant movement patterns—to improve foundational leg strength and efficient lower-body mechanics.

Focuses on alignment-driven lower-body training that strengthens knee extension and reinforces coordinated hip-knee control while developing balanced anterior leg strength.

Every session reinforces clean knee-extension mechanics and coordinated leg drive that support walking, climbing, and daily lower-body performance while helping reduce strain over time.

There are 3 Program options : 1) Full Cycle 13-week program 2) Part A : 6 weeks 3) Part B : 7 weeks

The Getting Started Module in each option prepares you with the training parameters and protocols.
