Course Overview

This is a 7 Week Training Program

Designed to develop the lower posterior chain—focusing on the glutes, hamstrings, and hip-hinge mechanics—to improve strength, stability, and power from the ground up.

Focuses on hip-dominant movement patterns that reinforce proper hinge mechanics, spinal control, and balanced force transfer through the lower body.

Reinforces posterior-chain awareness and control, so strength is developed safely and efficiently for lifting, walking, running, and athletic movement.

There are 3 Program options : 1) Full Cycle 13-week program 2) Part A : 6 weeks 3) Part B : 7 weeks

The Getting Started Module in each option prepares you with the training parameters and protocols.
